- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements for corporate and non-profit clients

- Develop and implement robust internal controls and process improvements
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and forecasting support
- Mentor junior accountants and supervise accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
