Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure seamless compliance
- Develop and implement financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing financial audits and regulatory compliance processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data clearly
