- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with tax preparation and regulatory filings
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for budget forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Maintain internal controls documentation and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
