Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare and submit accurate tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for maximum effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with tax preparation and audit processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
