- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- Prepare regulatory filings and support external audit processes
- Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to team development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with VBA knowledge
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance
