Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 10-15 corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/reconciliation processes and month-end close
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with tax professionals on quarterly filings
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvements
- Develop customized financial reporting for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven track record with SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Blackline or similar ERP system expertise
