Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead financial audits and implement internal controls for operational efficiency
- Develop insightful financial reports and dashboards for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance requirements
