Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with 99% accuracy
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance reporting
- Oversee payroll processing for 200+ employees
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
