Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and month-end close processes
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll reconciliation
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation activities
- Lead financial forecasting and budget modeling initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
