Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with strict deadlines
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews ensuring adherence to GAAP and SEC regulations
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile subsidiary ledgers
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing audit processes and regulatory reporting
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
