Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger management and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for stakeholders
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow optimization
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with SOX compliance and audits
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
