- Implement and optimize internal controls and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and analysis
- Lead tax preparation processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance expertise
