Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments.
- Support external audit requirements and maintain internal control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
