Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Analyze variance reports and recommend corrective actions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare complex tax filings and compliance documentation
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial software
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
