Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven audit, reconciliation, and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail

- Maryland CPA license or actively pursuing certification
