Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with strict adherence to GAAP
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance
