Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closings, journal entries, and reconciliation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decision-making
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Lead accounts payable/receivable workflows and cash flow management
- Utilize advanced Excel and accounting software for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus)
