- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations
- Lead tax preparation processes and support external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
