Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for business planning
- Collaborate with tax department on quarterly filings and year-end reconciliations
- Maintain digital asset management systems for financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record of managing multi-client accounting operations
- Expertise in reconciliations, month-end closes, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client/stakeholder interactions
