Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for corporate clients
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software systems
- Proven track record in financial reporting and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial audits and reconciliations
