Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with tax team on quarterly filings and tax planning
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Provide financial insights to support client decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
