Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and auditing requirements.
- Manage fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
