Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns while optimizing tax strategies
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Maintain robust financial controls and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing financial reporting for multi-entity organizations
