Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned client portfolios including GL maintenance and reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct financial audits and provide insights for process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
