Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to regulatory compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial integrity
- Collaborate with audit teams and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Mentor junior staff and process improvement initiatives
- Support tax preparation and strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership in process optimization projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Nevada state residency or willingness to relocate
