Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for compliance with GAAP
- Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors to ensure seamless reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize operational efficiency
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle proficiency preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting (SEC/FASB)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions and team collaboration
