Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead financial audits and internal control improvements
- Collaborate with executive team on budgeting and forecasting
- Streamline accounting processes using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fintech or tech industry preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
