Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews ensuring adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide business decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects on process optimization and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
