Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop financial models and forecasting for strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel with pivot tables
- Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge with tax compliance experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
