Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and month-end closing processes
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance protocols
- Develop cash flow forecasts and budget analysis for portfolio clients
- Lead tax preparation and filing for corporate entities
- Maintain accurate general ledger systems in QuickBooks and SAP
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and Texas tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience managing financial audits
- Excellent communication and client presentation abilities
