Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Lead GAAP compliance audits and tax documentation
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Oversee A/P, A/R, and general ledger operations
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA required
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong SOX compliance background
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects
