Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation processes
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain internal controls documentation and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (including pivot tables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) a plus
