Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP, AR, and GL reconciliation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Conduct audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel advanced functions
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership in team environments
