Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance protocols
- Develop and implement cost accounting systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Streamline accounts payable/receivable workflows using NetSuite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Advanced knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
