Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including GL maintenance, month-end closes, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with 99% accuracy targets
- Lead internal audit coordination and SOX compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and Excel automation
- Collaborate with tax teams on quarterly filings and year-end provisions
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public/private accounting with GAAP expertise
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and accounting software
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international operations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication for cross-departmental collaboration
