Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Conduct tax preparation and planning for corporate entities
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll systems
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
