Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
