Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Maintain internal controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel advanced functions
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
