Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Manage reconciliations for general ledger accounts and bank statements
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations
- Experience with financial reporting systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
