Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GAAP).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and conduct variance analysis.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Streamline accounting processes and improve the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Prepare tax schedules and assist with year-end tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
