Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and ensure financial statement accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare detailed financial reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP/SOX)
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with remote work environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in financial reporting and audit procedures
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting
