Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal audits and process improvements for financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing financial audits and regulatory reporting
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive efficiency
