What You Will Do:
Our team values precision and efficiency. As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the month-end close, oversee key reconciliations, and provide insightful financial analysis to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end monthly and quarterly financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for senior management.
- Perform complex bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA certification or CPA candidate status is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
