Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex general ledger accounts ensuring GAAP compliance
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Coordinate tax filings and compliance for federal/state regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with audit support
- Develop financial models and forecasts for strategic decision-making
- Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
