Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance reporting for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance across multi-location operations
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions
- Mentor junior accountants and implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (Power Pivot/VBA)
- Proven track record in GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
