Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Oversee general ledger activities and perform complex account reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
