- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and compliance
- Lead audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Oversee tax compliance filings and provide strategic financial insights
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-departmental financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Expert proficiency in GAAP and industry-specific financial regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
