Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize working capital
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Oversee tax preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience highly valued)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit procedures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
