Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance filings
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Coordinate annual audits with external partners
- Provide financial insights to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and technical skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Tennessee CPA license preferred
