Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure compliance
- Lead tax preparation and filing for S-Corporations and Partnerships
- Conduct financial audits and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Maintain robust financial systems in QuickBooks and NetSuite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record of managing complex financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client/stakeholder interactions
- El Paso residency or strong local market knowledge required
